Few films are identified as being such a part of an era’s popular culture as the 1984 John Hughes classic “Sixteen Candles” starring Molly Ringwald, Michael Schoeffling and Anthony Michael Hall. The 80’s classic will be shown tonight as part of Piedmont Park’s “Screen on the Green” series tonight from around 8:45 – 9:00 p.m. (or when it gets dark).
Movie-goers can take picnics, chairs, blankets but no glassware or pets.
