1)A gay Duke University student threatened with death decides to speak out. At about 3 a.m. on Nov. 5, someone scrawled graffiti in a Duke University freshman dorm. It read, “Death to all fags @Jack.” “Jack” is Jack Donahue, 18, a gay first-year student.

2)A Utah judge who last week ordered a foster child removed from a couple’s home because they are lesbians has disqualified himself from the case.

3)Tina Fey has heard your complaints about her stereotypical gay characters and she really doesn’t care. “I try to base everything in some kind of truth,” says Fey. “I don’t worry about what the Internet says. Getting in trouble with the Internet is not real. The Internet is not a force you have to obey.”

4)A lesbian parent in Alabama asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday to review her case after Alabama judges refused to recognize her adoption that was granted in Georgia.
