A total of 18 indictments were handed down against Lynch and Lemery last March.

Lynch was indicted for pandering by compulsion between Aug. 13, 2010 and Oct. 1, 2010, when he forced “a person under the age of 18 years to perform an act of prostitution.” Lynch was also indicted for human trafficking during the same time because he “did knowingly harbor” a male under the age of 18 for “the purpose of sexual servitude.”

Lynch was also indicted with the offense of sexual exploitation of children between Aug. 13, 2010, and Oct. 1, 2010. “[Lynch] did knowingly use a minor … a person under the age of 18 years, to engage in sexually explicit conduct, to wit: lewd exhibition of the genitals, for the purpose of producing a visual medium depicting such conduct,” the indictment states.

Also according to the indictment, Lemery was indicted for aggravated child molestation when he allegedly performed oral sex on  a male under the age of 16 between Jan. 1, 2008 and Feb. 4, 2008.

Lemery was also indicted for pandering by compulsion between Dec. 28, 2010, and Jan. 19, 2011, by coercing a minor to perform an act of prostitution. He also faces an indictment of human trafficking for harboring a male “for the purpose of sexual servitude” between Nov. 13, 2010, and Jan. 22, 2011.

Lynch also faces an indictment for possession of a glass pipe used for smoking cocaine. The pipe was found on or about March 4, 2011 — the day Lynch was arrested by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office after being spotted on a local TV station as Pasha Nicole and speaking out how she helped police in the investigation against her housemate, Lemery.

An alleged victim saw Pasha Nicole on TV and called law enforcement to report they had been abused by Nicole.

“There were statements made by Mr. Lynch to a local new station about how he was cooperating. Other people I would call victims saw the report and called to say we didn’t have the whole story and that the rest of the story involves Mr. Lynch,” said Douglas County DA  David McDade.
