On Saturday and Sunday, Charis offers 20 percent off all hardback books and 10 percent off everything else in the store.
While independent bookstores and other retail shops have struggled over the last few years, Charis remains one of the oldest feminist bookstores in the country. It also has a non-profit arm, Charis Circle, that focuses on community programming.
