Clinton steals the show at the Democratic National Convention

“In Tampa, the Republican argument against the president’s re-election was pretty simple: we left him a total mess, he hasn’t cleaned it up fast enough, so fire him and put us back in,” Clinton said during his speech.

Clinton’s speech came the night after First Lady Michelle Obama rallied the convention with a  speech that included a reference to her husband’s support of equal marriage rights for same-sex couples.

Tonight’s DNC lineup includes Vice President Joe Biden and President Barack Obama, who will officially accept their party’s nomination for the fall presidential election.

We’re also still waiting to see if Clint Eastwood will make an appearance to yell at a sofa.
