Sunday night is drag queen night in the gay ATL

Don’t let Sunday be a drag

It’s Sunday night in gay Atlanta and there are plenty of nightlife options for you to choose from. Here are some of our best bets:

• Mary Edith Pitts is at it again — raising money on her birthday to help HIV/AIDS charities at a special show at Burkhart’s. She’s hoping to reach the $60K mark this year and has a lineup of drag all stars to help her over the top. There will be special guest appearances by Niesha Dupree, Alicia Kelly, Savannah Leigh, Wild Cherry Sucret, Destiny Brooks, Mariah, Anastacia, Shavonna B. Brooks, Trashetta GaLore, Envy Van Michaels and more. Music by DJ David Stoddard. Show starts at 9 p.m.
