Frank pessimistic about pro-LGBT legislation The GA Voice Editors November 9, 2010 Politics The recent midterm elections saw Republicans take control of the House and make strides in the Senate, where Democrats continue to hold onto a majority by a slim margin. Frank did say, however, that he hoped a repeal of the military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy could happen during the lame duck session before Republicans assumed leadership. Frank continued: “The Republicans have become much more anti-gay in their voting patterns.
