Help YouthPride with ‘Rent’

YouthPride provides safe space, support groups, suicide prevention and other services for LGBT and questioning young people. Fabrefaction Theatre Company aims to help YouthPride by donating funds from today’s performance of “Rent,” the Tony and Pulitzer-winning musical.

In case you have somehow missed “Rent,” here is the description from Fabrefaction’s website:

“Rent” tells the story of a group of impoverished young artists and musicians struggling to make it in New York’s Lower East Side. This rock opera depicts the power of love and friendship in the face of tragedy under the shadow of the AIDS epidemic.

“Rent” is sure to inspire, challenge, and empower its audience.
