N.J. county suspends undercover patrols in park where Ga. man was killed by police while allegedly cruising The GA Voice Editors August 2, 2010 National Defarra Gaymon was shot by an undercover detective in the park on July 16. Gaymon was married and had several children. The detective said he was attempting to arrest Gaymon and thought he was reaching for a gun. The AJC reports that the move is temporary and that more uniformed officers would be patrolling the park in place of undercover officers.
