Hazel Rowley signs copies of biography of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt’s marriage, “Franklin and Eleanor: An Extraordinary Marriage” tonight at the Decatur Public Library. The biography examines the Roosevelt’s relationship and rumors of Franklin’s purported affairs with Lucy Mercer and Eleanor’s rumored flirtation with lesbianism.
