Grab your Energy Dome and head to Chastain to see this cult band with Atlanta’s own The Black Lips

Q: Are We Not Men? A: We Are Devo!

Devo comes to Chastain tonight to whip the crowd into a de-volution frenzy with its satirical humor and science-fiction kitsch that has garnered a cult following since the band was formed in Akron, Ohio, in 1973; the band’s first album was “Q: Are We Not Men? A: We are Devo!”

The band has a new album out, released in June, titled, “Something for Everybody,” released two decades after its last studio album. The album was launched publicly at the Vancouver Winter Olympics.

Also on the bill for tonight is the band The Black Lips, a self-described “flower-punk” band from right here in Atlanta.

Doors open at 7 p.m. and the concert begins at 8 p.m.
