Taking the title as Ms. Atlanta Eagle is Lizzy Payne Fountain. Although she was the only contestant for Ms. Atlanta Eagle, she was still required to score high with the judges to earn the title. Jackie Hubschman, who was 2012 Ms. Atlanta Eagle, and the first female titleholder for the Atlanta Eagle in 10 years, presented Lizzy with her leather patch.
Four men competed for Mr. Atlanta Eagle with Tank Teachworth scoring higher than anyone else and being named Mr. Atlanta Eagle 2013. Outgoing Mr. Atlanta Eagle 2012 Jeff Donaldson presented Tank his title. First runner up for Mr. Atlanta Eagle was J. Tobias. Also competing were Clarence and Robbie.

During his step down speech, Jeff Donaldson got down on one knee and proposed to his partner, James Menge, who accepted, and the two exchanged a long, deep kiss.
Contestants in the Mr. and Ms. Atlanta Eagle contest competed in bar wear, fetish wear, play wear and answering question that included what is their favorite fetish, what color hanky do they flag and what do they like about being a leather man and leather woman.
