1. UPDATED: Organizers of New York’s St. Patrick’s Day parade will allow one LGBT group to participate in the march, but no word on if the ban is lifted for all LGBT groups. Organizers say other groups are free to apply.

3. “More special status for poofers and it leads directly BACK to the question of ‘Why does anyone need to know and who cares?'” Tucker Carlson’s news and opinion site The Daily Caller throws some red meat to their conservative readers by reporting on Duke University giving applicants the option to list their sexual orientation and/or gender identity. The story is written without comment, but as expected, the readers take over in the comments section and go predictably nuts.
