On Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2010, Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed responded to the settlement of a federal lawsuit between the plaintiffs from the Atlanta Eagle raid and the city. Despite the settlement in the federal lawsuit between plaintiffs from the Atlanta Eagle and the city, a new complaint has been filed against the Atlanta Police Department by former bartender Chris Lopez, who was not involved in the original lawsuit.
