Atlanta's Out & Equal sponsors a free panel discussion on Thursday titled "ARMing Your Enterprise" that will discuss ways businesses can retain and maximize LGBT employees and their talents in the workforce.

Panelists include representatives from Deloitte, Coca-Cola and Turner. The event is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Deloitte.

The event invitation for the panel states, “Over the course of the last decade, corporations have made significant process in attracting, retaining, and maximizing LGBT talent. For HR managers and corporate leaders — this also entails keeping abreast of best practices to champion workplace equality and cultivate a diverse workforce.”

Topics of discussion include: productivity, innovation and creativity, customer loyalty, employee satisfaction and productivity, acquisition and retention of top talent and brand reputation.
