TRANScending Barriers will be hosting a Transgender Day of Visibility event on March 31 at Atlanta City Hall.
Presented with support from the Office of Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, the event, which commemorates the international holiday, will celebrate transgender people around the world and the courage it takes to live openly and authentically, while raising awareness of the discrimination they still face.
This event will last from 6:30-8:30pm in the Atlanta City Hall Atrium and is free and open to the public. Complimentary food and beverages will also be provided. $4 parking will be available at the Government parking deck behind Trinity United Methodist Church, 265 Washington St SW.
