Leather, rubber, daddies and bears—oh my! The countdown to the April 8 kickoff of the annual Atlanta Leather Pride Weekend has begun. This year’s Pride will celebrate the 29th anniversary of the Atlanta Eagle in addition to offering a packed weekend of scheduled events for the community through April 10.
A highlight of the weekend will be the crowning of Mr. and Ms. Atlanta Eagle and Mr. Southeast Rubber 2016. Khaz, (Ms. Atlanta Eagle 2015), Robbie Butler, (Mr. Atlanta Eagle 2015) and Jackson (Mr. Southeast Rubber 2015) will be on hand to judge this year’s competition along with other prominent personalities in the leather community.
Contestants will be judged in categories ranging from bar wear to jockstrap and fetish gear. Applications for the Mr. and Mrs. Atlanta Eagle contest will be accepted until April 9, so you still have time to decide whether or not to let your freak flag fly.
