• Political Concepts, LLC, doing business as Joe’s on Juniper: The company filed for Chapter 11, lists 1-49 creditors (the lowest check box offered on the form), and estimates that there will be funds available for unsecured creditors to be repaid. Signed by managing member Jeffrey R. Landau, the petition lists gross income for $2,985,857 in 2011, which rose slightly to $3,063,477 in 2012.  The company cites total assets of $147,599.35 and total liabilities of $2,418,456.98.
 
Political Concepts also discloses that it faces a list of garnishment suits and lists among its largest  creditors $40,000 owed to Sysco Food Services, $62,000 owed to the related Metrotainment Bakery, $100,000 owed to the IRS and nearly $2.15 million owed to Miller Capital Ventures LLC (the amount owed jointly by all of the companies).
