Bradford was indicted by Fulton County Grand Jury on Feb. 24. as well as suspects currently in custody, Christopher Cain, Dorian Moragne and Darael Demare Williams.
They are all charged with two counts of aggravated assault, one count of robbery and one count of participation in criminal street activity, according to the AJC.
Moragne, whose defense attorney Jay Abt and mother met with gay activists from Change Atlanta, was granted a $40,000 bond on Friday, the AJC reported. However, Moragne is on probation and remains behind bars.
Change Atlanta organizer Devin Barrington Ward has since apologized for accusing White of lying about not knowing his attackers.
White himself has become the spokesperson for a new anti-violence campaign called “Speak Out With Brandon.”
The FBI is continuing to investigate the beating as a possible hate crime.
