The latest casualty of Atlanta's massive snow storm: PALS Bingo, the popular monthly fundraiser, will be postponed from Jan. 12 to Jan. 19.

PALS Bingo delayed due to weather

The event, originally scheduled for Wednesday, raises funds for Pets Are Loving Support, a non-profit that helps people with HIV and other serious health conditions care for their pets.

The ever-popular Bingo fundraiser features a different theme each month and is held at Jungle nightclub. This month’s theme is “Miss’d America” pageant.

The weather delay “gives everyone another week to find their crowns and gowns,” quipped Brad Williams, owner of the Jungle, on Facebook.

Bingo is now set for Jan. 19 at Jungle, located at 2115 Faulkner Road in Atlanta.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the first ball is called at 7:45 p.m. The cost is $20 to play (7 games with 6 chances to win per game); $10 for students or military with ID.

PALS Bingo is hosted by drag personality Bubba D. Licious. There are $1,250 in cash prizes.
