Out TV Personality Andy Cohen Tests Positive for Coronavirus

Out Bravo personality and TV host Andy Cohen has announced that he’s tested positive for the coronavirus.

Cohen made the announcement on his Instagram on Friday (March 20), saying that the production of Watch What Happens Live, his late-night show, would come to an indefinite halt.

“After a few days of self-quarantine, and not feeling great, I have tested positive for Coronavirus,” Cohen wrote. “As much as I felt like I could push through whatever I was feeling to do #WWHL from home, we’re putting a pin in that for now so I can focus on getting better. I want to thank all the medical professionals who are working tirelessly for all of us and urge everybody to stay home and take care of themselves.”

The show had been suspended earlier this month due to coronavirus precautions, but Cohen planned on continuing the show from his apartment in a special edition called Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: @ Home.

Cohen had been hosting his radio show, Radio Andy on Sirius XM, from home as well. According to LGBTQ Nation, no immediate plans for his radio show are known, but replays are slated to run through at least Monday.
