This year’s full entertainment schedule has been updated to reflect the addition of Kesha, NIKI, and Stephanie Poetri.
The Atlanta Pride Committee has announced the highlights of their entertainment line-up for this year’s Atlanta Pride Festival.
This year’s festival will see a wide range of talent sure to satisfy all types of fans. The eclectic array of talent featured this year includes MAX, fresh from his recent appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel show; perennial favorite the Michel Jons Band; Daya, the singer-songwriter behind the hit song “Insomnia;” and Fifth Harmony and Dancing with the Stars alum Ally Brooke, along with Stoni Taylor, Exquisite Gender, and many others!
Live music isn’t the only entertainment on the weekend’s docket. Festival attendees will also experience a drag queen story hour, a queer variety show, appearances from Out Front Theatre and the Atlanta Gay Men’s Chorus, and two drag shows!
On Sunday night, the Starlight Cabaret takes the main stage. The largest drag show in the Southeast, the Starlight Cabaret boasts 25 to 30 drag entertainers from Atlanta. The theme of this year’s show is LOVE ONE ANOTHER.
But Atlanta boasts so much drag talent, one just isn’t enough! The Shooting Stars show on Saturday afternoon showcases the talent of the hand-selected and auditioned cast of 20 to 25 up-and-coming Atlanta drag artists.
