Kesha to Headline Atlanta Pride 2019

The Atlanta Pride Committee (APC) has announced a surprise new headliner to their entertainment lineup: Kesha will be headlining the 2019 Atlanta Pride Festival, presented by AT&T.

The singer is best known for hits like “TiK ToK,” “We R Who We R,” and “Praying,” but she considers herself a songwriter first, writing hit songs for artists like Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, Ariana Grande, and more. She’s also been a featured artist on songs from Pitbull, The Struts, and more. Kesha will make her Atlanta Pride appearance on Saturday night (October 12) on the Coca-Cola stage.

Kesha is not the only addition to this year’s lineup; Indonesian pop stars NIKI and Stephanie Poetri will also make appearances.

NIKI, who has opened for artists like Taylor Swift and Halsey, is best known for chart toppers “See U Never,” “I Like You,” and “Indigo.” Stephanie Poetri’s “I Love You 3000” rose to the top of Spotify’s Viral 50 Chart and has garnered more than 30 million YouTube views since June.

Both artists will also be performing on Saturday afternoon on the Coca-Cola stage.

“We’re excited to continue building a diverse and dynamic line up with the additions of NIKI and Stephanie Poetri, and we are thrilled to announce Kesha’s performance, which is paid possible through our partnership with Rainbow Level Sponsor AT&T and Media Partner iHeartMedia,” said APC Executive Director Jamie Fergerson. “Each year, our entertainment team and iHeartMedia work to outdo the previous year’s talent line up, and they certainly worked overtime. We are so happy with the end result.”
