Friends and fellow activists are invited to stop in for a drink at F.R.O.G.S. Cantina www.frogscantina.com today from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. to raise a toast in remembrance of Phillip Rush, who died a year ago.
The event is also a chance for people to support the Rush Center, located in Candler Park on DeKalb Avenue, which currently is the home for the Atlanta Lesbian Health Initiative, Georgia Equality and MEGA Family Project. Numerous other LGBT and non-LGBT groups also meet at the Rush Center.
