Either there are a lot of cool, bawdy moms visiting Atlanta, or the readers of GayCities.com have an odd sense of humor.

GayCities, which bills itself as "the world's largest LGBT community-driven city guide," announced today the winners of its 2010 Best of GayCities awards, as voted by members.

The Atlanta gay male strip club Swinging Richards placed #3 in the section of Best Bars & Clubs for the category of "Take Your Mom." And if your mom likes hot guys dancing mostly for other guys, sure thing.

The Abbey in Los Angeles ranked #1 for the bar to “take your mom.”
