Lesbian Has Something to Say About First Transwoman Winning Miss Universe Spain

And what I wanna say is “Girl, yes. I wanna put a rose in my mouth and dance my way to your throne, honey.”

Mmmph!

(Okay, lemme stop.)

Let’s get to the skinny: Spanish bombshell Angela Ponce (click that link for her Insta) had 22 other contestants take ALL the seats at Spain’s national pageant over this weekend.

The 26-year-old beauty took the crown, after years of dedication to her craft.

If you click that Instagram link,  you’ll also see that she wrote: “Bringing the name and colours of Spain before the universe is my great dream. My goal is to be a spokesperson for a message of inclusion, respect and diversity, not only for the LGBTQ+ community but also for the entire world.”

This means she’s now set to compete in the Philippines come December, and will be the first openly trans contestant at Miss Universe.

We in Atlanta are rooting you on, Miss P.

Own it, Mama! And thanks for your bravery.
