The poll asked a series of questions to 506 likely voters and was conducted by MassINC Polling Group between June 13-14, according to WBUR. The margin of error was 4.4 percentage points.
If Maine’s voters support the referendum in the fall, it would be the first time that a state’s voters supported giving marriage rights to same-sex couples.
