I assumed NOM was actively fighting marriage equality. From their (successful) attempts to remove three Iowa state Supreme Court justices, who the they said “allowed” same-sex marriage, to running ads in marriage battleground states like Maryland and Rhode Island, NOM is not only actively fighting marriage equality, they’re on the forefront.
