This weekend is the 75th anniversary of the Atlanta Dogwood Festival in Piedmont Park. Fridays’s storms have cleared and the weather is supposed to stay dry (but cool) for the remainder of the festival.
Among this year’s special attractions include a vintage ferris wheel and carousel. As always, there will be plenty of street food vendors, local and national artists in the market and a children’s zone for the little ones.
The festival kicks off at 10:00 a.m. and will last until 5:00 p.m. tonight.
