There will be a short discussion following the screening.
AID Atlanta will again screen the documentary on Dec. 1 — World AIDS Day —at Georgia Tech . The Dec. 1 screening is from 8-11 p.m. There will also be a discussion following the movie.
Mayor Kasim Reed also announced that he will honor World AIDS Day with a candlelight vigil and press conference on Dec. 1 starting at 5 p.m. at City Hall.
According to a press release, Reed is partnering with (RED) to “show his support in the fight to help eliminate AIDS by turning Atlanta City Hall and other buildings around the city (RED) on December 1.”
Participating illuminated landmarks planning to go (RED) on World AIDS Day are the World of Coca-Cola, Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Dome and Centennial Olympic Park.
