What better way to celebrate Pride than by getting hitched? Hotel Clermont is offering eight lucky couples a complimentary “Easy Elopement” package: a quick and small rooftop wedding ceremony.
On Saturday, October 12 from 2 to 6pm, Hotel Clermont will be performing eight pop-up, 30-minute rooftop weddings. Each ceremony included an in-house officiant, reserved rooftop seating for up to ten guests, a bottle of champagne to toast the occasion, floral accents courtesy of Twelve Boutique and Flowers, complimentary hair and makeup from Melrose & McQueen, and photography that will be emailed to the couple following the ceremony.
The “Easy Elopement” package is available for booking year-round but will be provided for free to celebrate Pride. Bookings will be made on a first-come, first-served basis; you can book here. Credit card information will need to be provided for a no-show charge in case of late cancellation.
Not getting married? Have no fear: Hotel Clermont is also inviting guests to use code “PRIDE” when booking online to receive 20 percent off rates year-round. Special Atlanta Pride t-shirts from Hotel Clermont and partners at The Bitter Southerner will also be available in the retail shop by the hotel’s reception desk.
Hotel Clermont is also a sponsor of Visit Britain’s “Love is GREAT Britain” campaign. Those who register to participate in this year’s Pride Parade with the British Consulate-General Atlanta will be invited to a post-parade tea and reception on the hotel’s rooftop, complete with finger sandwiches, biscuits, and a special Pride cocktail. All proceeds benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
